PTA Notes:

Hi Garfield Families!

We would love to see you this evening at our Procession of the Species work party - all are welcome! This event will be held at 509 4th Ave E (new Procession work space) in downtown Olympia.

We're looking forward to the Procession of the Species later this month, as well as a spring Garden Work Party!

Our theme for the Procession is snails and mushrooms - everyone who joins in the Procession needs a costume! Attend one of the work parties to make your costume, noisemakers, and to help prepare our float!

We are also looking for folks who would like to be involved in our garden program. With the unfortunate loss of SNAP-Ed support last fall, it's up to us to care for the garden and set up a sustainable garden program going forward! Please reach out if you would like to be involved in caring for our garden, and plan to attend a work party on April 19!
