Site Council

The Garfield Site Council meets once a month as a part of our shared school governance plan. Site Council's primary mission is visioning and policy recommendation. Members include: four parents, a PTA rep, one classified staff member, three certified staff members, one community member, one special ed rep (classified or certified), and the principal. All meetings are open to the public and start at 5:00 pm in the library. To review the site council's bylaws, please click here.

PTA

The Garfield PTA is an extremely active parent and staff group. We donate thousands of hours of volunteer time each year, striving to keep Garfield a very special place for our kids and families The PTA sponsors fund raisers throughout the year. The money raised had been used to fund:
